This video is a tutorial on how to get themes on your PSP. .Ptf files are for offical firmware or custom which if you dont what that is check out my explanation video on what they are. .ctf files are for CXMB which I will have a tutorial on how to install that onto your PSP whcih you will need custom firmware to do that.
