    anyone who can’t find the theme creator on psp-themes(dot)net , just like me, go to pspthemecentral (dot) com/PSP/download/PSP-theme-creator/PSP_Theme_creator_1.2.aspx
    Waaay below it says “Download the selected theme from THIS location. “THIS” is the link to get to SAVE the creator. then got to the? folder Custun_Theme (the name of it) open and doubleclick the window in the right and 2 times RUN, just like @CautionCurb tells y’all thats it :D

    @ave344 i found this theme? over a year ago now, i have no idea where to find it now.
    but you can search dragonball z on that site, pspthemes(dot)net, and you might find it plus other ones.
